A truly had wonderful service with JMC/Brian Hill Motors. I came back here to purchase another car - My last one being 9 years ago. I saw the car I liked on their website and went to see it. Nothing was too much trouble. They would've got the car out ready for a test drive without hesitation then and there. Will and the team are so knowledgeable and so friendly. I went to test drive the car 2 days later. The car was waiting for me ready to go. Will went over the vehicle with me - it was a bit different to my car at the time. I took the car for a test drive and liked it even more. The car is in pristine condition. Trial plates in and off I went - I went on my own for the test drive - now that is very trusting. Completed the car sale on my return - Will and the team are so patient and so friendly - answered every question I had. They took their time making sure I was happy with everything - nothing was too much trouble - I never felt hurried and even got a nice coffee. I went to collect my new car the week after. Once again it was all ready for me to drive away - they helped connect my phone to the blue tooth system and went through instrument panel. I'm so happy and glad I went back to purchase another car with them - they go above and beyond. I can honestly say I would thoroughly recommend them 100%. Will and his team are exceptional.

From the initial phone call enquiring about the Range Rover Evoque to the handover of the car, Will could not have been any more friendly, helpful and professional. We had a man named will helping us with our car in choice and I cannot recommend him enough. He made the whole experience run smooth from start to finish even after the sale was completed will still took the time out to help me with paper work on my side that needed completing and also sorting out my private plates ect thankyou so much it was really appreciated. The car is perfect the customer service was 10/10 not once did we experience any hounding or urgency to make the purchase like most dealerships we have previously dealt with. I was wary of making a distance purchase but the salesman Will put me at ease and the deal was made over the phone with only a deposit until satisfied on delivery. The delivery driver Dave was professional and allowed me to check the vehicle and take it out for a drive before completion. Of course time will show if I've chosen the right vehicle but so far I can't fault anything about the car or the transaction. Thank you

I went to Brian Hill Motors as I was on a search for a new car after my current one being written off. I'd seen a Mini Cooper they had listed on Autotrader so travelled over to take a look. I was greeted by John, who was dealing with another customer at the time but made sure I had the keys to take a look inside the Mini whilst we waited for him. I contacted Brian Hill Motors after seeing an Astra advertised on Auto Trader. I spoke with a guy named Will who went above and beyond to give me a great customer service experience.

Will wanted me to view and test drive the car but being a nervous driver, I asked if it could be delivered without viewing. With much persuasion from me lol Will arranged the delivery of the car the next working day. I met another helpful guy named Joe. He too was happy to go through the mechanisms of the car, help with taxing the car and answer any questions I asked.

Having previously been to a main dealer that afternoon and been low-balled on a part exchange offer (followed by the inevitable "I can stretch another £200; £300; £500 etc" on at least 4 occasions - and still way short of where it should have been), it was great to be offered a sensible figure straight away and we could strike a deal in minutes. When spending a lot of money (close to 20k) I want to ensure that what I am buying is a vehicle in top health. I contacted JMC to enquire about the car, paid the holding deposit and arranged a mechanic to do a full inspection. I was in constant communication with the salesman of JMC and literally nothing was too much trouble. If like me you are nervous of "dodgy" car salesmen I would honestly say you are in safe hands. I never felt pressurised to buy the car, any and all questions were answered promptly. The inspection flagged up a couple of minor things, which were fixed in a couple days and sent me pictures and video clips of the work once complete. I did ask if there was a second key as they only had one. At the time they were not aware of another one, a couple days later they contacted me to say they had managed to locate the key and had even paid for it to be sent recorded delivery to my home address! Truly an amazing experience from start to finish. Thank you JMC :)

I was a little bit apprehensive about purchasing a car during the Corona Virus lockdown what with the social distancing rules etc. Most of my initial communication with JMC Motors took place over the phone and I had mentioned my concerns but was immediately put at ease and reassured that the car would be fully sanitised before I collected it (it was immaculate). When I collected the car I was given an appointment so I was the only customer in the office which was a nice touch. We sat 2 meters apart whilst we did the paperwork and there was plenty of hand gel to use throughout signing paperwork etc. Once all the paperwork was complete I was taken out to my new car for a thorough vehicle handover. During this time the social distancing rules were followed without any awkwardness Overall my experience with JMC Motors was FIVE STAR. The service is quite possibly the best I've ever experienced, even more so that they dealt with the social distancing so professionally. Very Happy Customer!

I recently bought a BMW 318d GT from this trader and the experience was better than when I bought my previous car from a main dealer. From the moment we stepped onto the forecourt, until the moment I drove away, I felt extremely at ease and at no point did I feel under pressure to buy the car. They were taking my car as a part ex which still had finance on, and they personally settled my finance by debit card payment rather than cheque or bank transfer, which cleared immediately. They then spent time getting me on the road, and even though it was getting on past the closing time, sat in the car for a good half hour showing and explaining the cars features to me. I never got anything like that when previously buying a car. I would certainly recommend JMC to others and wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future.

JMC arranged for a tow bar to be fitted for us and had this ready for us within the week so that we could collect at the weekend. My husband first spoke to john on the phone asking him some questions about the car which he was more than happy to do. He set the car aside for us so no one else could go and look for it until we could get up there to have alook ourselves. When we arrived we had a warm welcome, tea/coffee offered. John took the time out to take us on test drives, answer any questions we had and go through all the little details of the car. We wasn't sure the car had isofix fittings so while we were there he personally took it to his local garage to confirm (when we agreed on the car he again took it to fit our car seat aswell). I would definitely recommend this car garage as it's so relaxed and nothing like the normal sales people that you normally deal with (no pushyness). Thanks a lot john we love our car!!!!

I was impressed with the level of work undertaken to present the cars, JMC motors had a file with all of the necessary paperwork in it all ready to show me. I bought a Volvo C30 for my son, the car was immaculately presented and the team onsite were really helpful and lovely to buy from. The garage had put the car through a rigorous check list, it had been serviced and had a recent MOT. This is good old fashioned customer service that we really don't see very often nowadays and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from JMC motors again.

It was a complete pleasure dealing with these guys. I drive nearly 2 hours to get to them but it was worth it. I traded in a car with them and described it as accurately as possible over the phone. I was given a price if it was exactly how I describes the car, fully expecting to be knocked down when I got there and not having a deal. That just wasn't the case. They honoured the price, the car I bought was exactly as advertised. And they even set me up a great finance deal. I normally buy cars privately because of past experiences with dealers, but I will use JMC again and will recommend them to anyone.
